I am a trans mystical Venus-ruled elf, but mostly hoping to be just a ball of light. I have spent the last 13 years as a community health nurse. It is there where I learned how to hold the weight of our lives with deep care and realness. During that time, I engaged in years long learning with energy healer and psychic Renee Brown. In 2020 I began formally learning astrology with Adam Elenbass of Nightlight Astrology. The system of Hellenistic astrology instantly spoke to me because of the relationship to seasons and the affirmations of our strengths and struggles. I have been giving astrology consults since 2021 and have continued to be mentored by Minneapolis-based Astrologer, Tere Parsley Stearns. I have always felt called to healing touch and in 2025, I set out to learn a hands-on and energetic healing modality to add to my practice. CranioSacral was the first modality that helped me with years-long pain after a car accident, and since learning this practice, my respect and love for it has grown infinitely deeper. I am almost finished with Heartwood Institute’s Craniosacral Therapy program and hope to become CST certified mid-2026.
